Founder
Dr. Vijayapal Reddy founded Stride Again Foundation with a vision to restore mobility, independence, and dignity to individuals affected by limb loss. Drawing on decades of experience in healthcare, research, and academia, he continues to lead the foundation's mission of helping people take confident steps toward a better future.
Co-founder & Director of Outreach & Advocacy
Niti Buddula co-founded Stride Again Foundation with a commitment to expanding access to mobility support for individuals affected by limb loss. As Director of Outreach and Advocacy, she leads initiatives to build awareness, develop community partnerships, and strengthen the foundation’s ability to reach individuals and families in need. She also contributes to the foundation’s research, educational, and advocacy efforts aimed at understanding barriers to prosthetic access and improving long-term support.

Finance & Operations Coordinator
Ansh Buddula supports the foundation's financial planning and day-to-day operations, helping ensure programs run efficiently and resources are utilized effectively. His focus on organization, accountability, and operational excellence strengthens Stride Again Foundation's ability to create a meaningful impact in the communities it serves.

Research & Publications
At Stride Again, we believe improving access to prosthetic care begins with understanding the people and communities we serve. Alongside our service and advocacy efforts, we support research and scholarly work focused on limb loss, prosthetic access, rehabilitation, and barriers to care in underserved communities.
Our research interests include patterns and causes of amputation, disparities in access to prosthetic services, long-term prosthetic use and rehabilitation, and practical approaches to improving continuity of care in resource-limited settings.
This systematic review examined published evidence on the causes and patterns of limb amputation across India, highlighting geographic differences and the importance of prevention, rehabilitation, and access to prosthetic care.
Our team continues to explore questions related to prosthetic access, rehabilitation, and barriers faced by individuals with limb loss. Future research connected with Stride Again’s work will prioritize appropriate ethical oversight, informed consent, participant privacy, and responsible reporting.
Through research, service, and advocacy, we hope to contribute to a better understanding of barriers to prosthetic care and support practical, evidence-informed approaches that improve access and long-term outcomes for people with limb loss.
